Got way more than I expected

Hello Vladislav!
I just listened to your video to get the chart of plants, but got way more than I expected. I don’t normally respond to these but, your presentation was very authentic, to the point, foundational and simple. I already know quite a bit of what you were sharing, however you put it all together in a way that left me feeling like I can walk into your plan, one step at a time, owning my self care to changing the quality of my experience.

I am a picture person, so love the charts and I kept jumping around and lastly looked at the blueprint which is what prompted me to email you. The way you have tied together the somatic, food, nature, coherence and community is fabulous! This is by far the best I’ve seen. THANK YOU!
