The next section of the course introduces you to some of the varieties of traditional meditations. You’ll discover about the various philosophies from which different practices have developed, and some guidance on how to try them out. You’ll discover how meditation can use sound, voice, sight and internal emotions to guide the practice of it. You’ll also see how yoga and meditation are complimentary practices.
