At this point the course moves on to meditation. While sharing many similarities with mindfulness – and indeed the two practices can be combined – it is distinct and has its own traditions and methodology. You’ll learn about the importance of posture to your meditation and how – just like permaculture design – starting small and working from there is typically the best way to progress with meditation. You will be given instruction on how to try meditation today, and learn about some more advanced practices that tackle particular emotions.
