The Healing & Reconciliation Process

When communication involves conflict, one of the more common outcomes is that one or both parties experience emotional hurt. This section of the course helps you to recognize this feeling in yourself and in those you converse with, and gives you tools to navigate this emotion to reduce its impact and create better resolutions.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Put yourself in the position of both the “Receiver” and the “Actor” in situations involving emotional hurt
  • Learn the four steps in the Healing & Reconciliation process
