We can also work to improve our mediation skills after a communication event. It is sometimes the case that having ended a conversation we look back and wish we had said or done something differently, or regret how we expressed ourselves. This section of the course gives you practical guidance to learn from those feelings so that you can approach the next conversation with a more positive attitude.
