The Aspects of Mindfulness

The next part of the course delves into one of the traditional Buddhist conceptions of mindfulness – that it comprises several different but complimentary factors. You’ll learn about seven notions that interplay during mindfulness practice, and which are things practitioners seek to cultivate as they perform mindfulness exercises.
