Self-Talk with Self-Respect

Next we turn our attention to how we communicate with ourselves. We’ll explore how the words we use when describing our actions or ourselves can undermine us emotionally and bring about guilt or shame. We’ll also look at how to free yourself from negative self-talk, and use that as a springboard for positive action.
