Navigating Difficult Conversations: Being your own Mediator

It is simply a fact of life that sometimes we will need to engage in difficult conversations. These can promote fear and apprehension, which, in turn, can limit the productiveness of the conversation. This section of the course gives you the tools to navigate difficult communication situations with authenticity, empathy, and confidence.
