Developing Your Mindfulness Practice

By practicing mindfulness more and more you will notice changes in your life, such as feeling calmer and more engaged with the present moment. You are also likely to have different experiences while conducting a mindfulness session. This section of the course looks at how your practice – and your experience of it – can change over time.
