Anger Management in Practice

Anger can be a very harmful influence on good communication. It tends to cloud judgment and foster a sense of blame. In this section of the course we explore how anger deflects us from meeting our needs, and how it can create conflict when we don’t acknowledge the role we have in our feelings of anger. We’ll also look at strategies for dealing with anger.
